We are now looking for a Recruiter with strong headhunting skills to join our HR team at our Istanbul Headquarters. This is more than a sourcing role—it’s about driving talent strategy, building networks, and becoming a trusted partner to our business leaders.

What You’ll Do

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on attracting top-tier talent in fashion retail. From proactive headhunting to competency-based interviewing, you will act as both a talent advisor and a brand ambassador, ensuring we engage the right people who will grow with us globally.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house); headhunting background is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail sector trends and the talent market
• Proficiency in competency-based interviews; experience with assessment centers is a plus
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, adaptable, and curious mindset
