About the job: As a Recruiter at Entech , you will support the company’s growth by building high-quality pipelines and contributing to recruitment across technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, data, AI) and corporate sales positions (Account Executives, Sales Leaders). You will play a pivotal role in securing top-tier talent to fuel company development.

What You’ll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting across technical roles for offshore open roles (mainly Eastern Europe but also India).
• Supporting recruitment efforts for various Entech’s corporate U.S. roles (sourcing).
• Building proactive talent pipelines for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Maintaining accurate and timely candidate status updates.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate candidates, and refine hiring strategy.
• Screening candidates to identify the right fit for open roles.
• Managing interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate experience end-to-end.
• Advising on compensation, market conditions, and hiring challenges.
• Driving urgency and accountability with stakeholders to close top talent.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in recruitment, both technical and non-technical.
• Experience with international hiring.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
