POSITION 1: RECRUITER

We are seeking individuals who enjoy connecting with people and identifying great talent.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and connect with potential team members

● Conduct outreach and follow-up

● Build professional relationships

● Help schedule interviews and onboarding

● Support team growth and development

Ideal Candidate:

● Strong communication skills

● Self-motivated and organized

● Comfortable networking and talking with people

● Growth-oriented and coachable

● Recruiting or sales experience is a plus
