• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
• Understand approved Job Descriptions, qualifications, experience and competency requirements for each vacancy.
• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, references and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit, experience, skills, salary expectations and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews with HODs, ensure timely feedback and maintain accurate interview records.
• Manage salary negotiation, offer release and candidate follow-up in coordination with HR management.
• Maintain regular communication with selected candidates and ensure offer-to-joining conversion.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker/MIS covering vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selection, offers and joining status.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database/talent pipeline, particularly for critical and specialized positions.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies, recruitment documentation, confidentiality and adherence to company recruitment processes.
