About the Role

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives .

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources .

You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements shared by clients and Account Managers.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Explain job opportunities, company details, roles, salary structure, and work locations to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update profiles in the ATS/Recruitment Database .
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
• Support the team in achieving monthly recruitment and joining targets.

Who We Are Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
• Good internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
• Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
