Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral, campus, and niche hiring. Support sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer management, and onboarding activities. Ensure timely closure of open positions.

What Youll Do:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants
• Screen and assess candidate profiles against job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Drive candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts
• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring skill requirements

• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools

• Experience in IT, Embedded, Industrial Products, or Manufacturing hiring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
