Recruiter

If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves variety, flexibility, and consultative partnership, this role was built for you. You’ll provide full-cycle recruiting support for multiple client companies, with assignments that vary in duration and hours—and can typically be completed virtually.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with hiring managers/HR/senior leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting

• Build recruiting strategies (target market, job requirements, comp/benefits considerations, success factors)

• Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms

• Create and place job postings

• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews

• Meet with engaged clients weekly for updates and additional needs

• Use consultative, relationship-based conversations to secure new recruiting assignments from existing clients

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5+ years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ATS tools, Indeed, and LinkedIn

✅ Excellent communication + strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

✅ Must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina

Assignments are based on client needs—hours and schedule are not guaranteed (great fit for someone who wants flexible, project-based work).
