Recruiter

Ascendo Healthcare is looking to grow their team in South Florida. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for a 360-degree staffing desk. The ideal candidate will have previous staffing experience where they were identifying and recruiting candidates, as well as conducting new business development to generate clients. Primary focuses may include: PAs, LPNs, RNs, NPs etc.

FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Responsible for sourcing and growing a pipeline of potential travel and local qualified candidates
• Scheduling availability of all active traveling employee, updating required documentation, and ensuring compliance with MSP and ATS Platforms.
• Ensures that travel staff is compliant prior to placement.
• Actively marketing candidates to new and existing clients to generate business
• Building relationships with Health system administration, MSPs, Clinical Directors, and other decision makers to proactively identify staffing needs.
• Collaboration across internal teams and divisions to expand business within existing clients

• Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks and pivot between objectives quickly
• Deadline driven work ethic to provide exceptional delivery with short turnaround times
• Independently motivated but ability to work within a team environment
• Strong communication skills and multi-language skills are preferred
• Strong computer and/or systems skills are required

EDUCATION

HS Graduation or equivalent required

College degree is highly preferred

EXPERIENCE

1+ years of related recruiting experience is highly preferred within Healthcare.
