Recruiter

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of positions. The successful candidate will be hands-on in their approach, taking ownership of vacancies from initial briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct screening calls and competency-based interviews.
• Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5+ years' recruitment experience managing vacancies end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong experience recruiting across various levels and disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Preferred Experience

• Agency recruitment experience and/or high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience filling specialist, technical, professional, or management-level positions.
• Track record of successfully delivering against recruitment targets and deadlines.
