Recruiter

1. Assist in developing and executing recruitment procedures with HR Manager and hiring teams.
2. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, schools, and professional organizations.
3. Interpret manpower projections and manage recruitment planning and approvals.
4. Create and update job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
5. Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records.
6. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and document assessments and recommendations.
7. Endorse qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and administer assessments.
8. Facilitate job offers, background checks, and completion of pre-employment requirements.
9. Support onboarding processes, including orientation, contract signing, and 201 file preparation.
10. Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports, maintain confidentiality, and address recruitment-related concerns and inquiries.

Job Qualifications:

1. A graduate of any bachelor's degree.
2. Has at 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, especially technical recruiting, which was gained from an engineering design industry; or from a recruitment firm or manpower provider serving for the engineering design or oil and gas industries.
3. Has an effective oral and written communication skills.
4. Has the ability to conduct various recruitment initiatives.
5. Has the ability to conduct different types of interviews.
6. Has a strategic thinking, goal-oriented, and a good sense of confidentiality.
7. Above-average customer service skills.
8. Willing to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs, and other external recruitment activities.
9. Knowledgeable in using MS Office.
