What is the Position?
PartsBadger is seeking a Recruiter to find and hire the people who will help us grow. You will own the full recruiting cycle — from understanding what a hiring manager needs to making the offer and welcoming new team members through the door.
You will partner with every department — from Operations to Sales to Finance and everything in between — to attract skilled candidates who fit our do-whatever-it-takes culture. This position reports to the VP of Finance, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to our Sr. HR Generalist.
If you enjoy connecting great people with great opportunities and want to directly shape the team around you — this role was built for you.
