Hamilton Motor Company - Recruiter Position

We are looking for someone who is especially talented socially and enjoys meeting new people to help us continue growing our team here at Hamilton Motor Company by interviewing and hiring team members in the Raleigh area and remotely across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Company President to screen resumes and interview candidates
• Interview candidates daily, create Loom videos, and provide detailed notes of feedback
• Be prepared to explain to a candidate "Why Hamilton?"
• Understand our products and vision to become an automotive infotainment leader among OEM car manufacturers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion

Hours and Location

• Fully remote
• Monday-Friday 9AM - 6PM ET
