- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple roles and searches simultaneously.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to assess candidates beyond the resume and identify transferable skills, performance indicators, and potential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with recruiting metrics, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt as hiring needs change.
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.
Within your first few months, you’ll develop a strong understanding of Odoo’s teams, products, hiring profiles, and recruiting processes. You’ll independently manage your requisitions, build healthy candidate pipelines, and establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
