Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic International Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and an interest in international recruitment, particularly the Canadian job market.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct recruitment activities focused on the Canadian job market.
• Stay updated on Canadian recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, hiring practices, and employment market trends.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
• O/A Level candidates can apply.
• Strong interest in international recruitment and the Canadian job market.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Willingness to develop expertise in Canadian recruitment and international hiring practices.
• Candidates with previous recruitment experience will be preferred, but experience is not mandatory.
