Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will manage full-lifecycle recruitment to source, screen, and place top-tier healthcare professionals—including Registered Nurses (RNs), Allied Health specialists, and clinical support staff.

Key Responsibilities

Active Sourcing: Utilize job boards, ATS databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral networks to source passive and active healthcare candidates.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess clinical qualifications, certifications, work history, and schedule preferences.

Compliance & Credentials: Verify licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS, state licenses), background checks, and reference checks to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Placement & Negotiation: Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers, facilitate client interviews, negotiate pay rates, and extend job offers.

Relationship Management: Maintain consistent contact with candidate pipelines to build long-term relationships and foster high placement retention.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare, nursing, or agency staffing preferred).

Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation ability, and high attention to detail.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major healthcare job portals.

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of clinical job titles, medical licensure, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Healthcare Management, or equivalent practical experience.
