Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes using talent acquisition platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, and HRIS systems like Workday and UltiPro.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing and research to identify high-potential talent aligned with organizational needs.
• Manage candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to nurture talent pools and maintain ongoing communication with prospective hires.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate negotiations, and extend job offers while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR policies.
• Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Oversee external recruiting efforts, campus recruitment initiatives, and succession planning activities to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage recruitment process metrics, market trends analysis, and employment law updates to optimize hiring practices continuously.
• Ensure seamless onboarding experiences through employee orientation programs, contract management, and employee evaluation processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment; clinical staff recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with talent management systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Salesforce, UltiPro, and HRIS platforms like Paychex.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across various channels including social media platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, client communication, relationship management, and external recruiting strategies.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management as well as HR sourcing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; experience managing teams of recruiters is desirable.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS tools, and talent acquisition platforms for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills for market trends analysis and strategic planning in talent acquisition efforts.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
