Recruiter

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our international team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for candidate sourcing and talent acquisition, ensuring high levels of candidate satisfaction, engagement, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams to evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to define job specifications, draft job postings, and establish effective interview criteria and scoring rubrics.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages within established guidelines, and assist with onboarding handoffs.
• Recruitment Metrics & ATS: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
• Timely Completion of Requirements: Complete all recruitment requirements and deliverables in a timely manner, meeting agreed deadlines and service-level expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Language Proficiency: Native Portuguese speaker with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Technical & Communication Skills: Exceptional grammatical accuracy, strong written communication skills, and fast typing speed.
• Core Competencies: Ability to multitask under pressure, adapt quickly to evolving workflows, and remember complex operational details.
• Professional Conduct: Demonstrated empathy, critical thinking, and negotiation skills when evaluating and engaging prospective talent.
• Workload: 5 days / 40 hours per week,
