Recruiter

Overview

As a Recruiter, you will work as part of a team to source accounting and auditing professionals with consulting and industry experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide full life-cycle recruitment support by sourcing, screening, selecting, and making decisions on hiring or placements.
• Proactively sourcing passive talent to find and engage potential candidates who are not actively looking for new job opportunities.
• Select qualified candidates to fulfill internal openings or client job orders and maintain ongoing contact on the assignments to maintain client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to submit to current and future openings.
• Participate in business development and recruitment meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the clients to get referrals and obtain business.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders by keeping updates on the progress of searches and market insight.
• Develop a deep understanding of our professional services and clients' needs.

Qualifications:

• 5 years' of experience in the recruitment of accounting and auditing professionals.
• Negotiation and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.

We are a California-based accounting and advisory firm. We provide clients with a wide range of services, including Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit and SOX compliance, IT Compliance, RPA, and Data Analytics.

Location: Onsite at Mountain View office

Salary and title: DOE. WE are also offering a Commission Plan.
