You'll partner with our People Ops team to run day-to-day recruiting, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and follow-up. For many candidates, you'll be their first real conversation with The Outloud Group, so you make it a great one: organized, responsive, and human. You know how to find strong talent in both Mexico and the U.S., and you're comfortable moving between the two markets and languages in the same afternoon.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role you’ll:

-- Partner with hiring managers to understand each role, then write and post job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels

-- Recruit for roles across the agency, including campaign execution and strategy roles, media planning, and sales roles as we grow in LATAM

-- Source candidates in Mexico and the U.S., including reaching out to passive talent

-- Review resumes and applications and build strong, qualified shortlists

-- Run phone screens in English and Spanish to assess experience, skills, and culture fit

-- Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers

-- Follow up with candidates at every stage, including clear and kind rejections, so no one is left wondering where they stand

-- Gather interview feedback and keep the selection process moving toward a clear decision

-- Support offers and a smooth handoff to onboarding

-- Keep candidate records and hiring pipelines organized, up to date, and confidential, following our documented recruiting process

-- Share regular pipeline updates with hiring managers and People Ops

-- Point out ways to improve our process, from job posts to candidate experience

REQUIREMENTS

Here's your background and what you've done before working with The Outloud Group:

-- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

-- Hands-on experience hiring in the Mexico market

-- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken

-- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple open roles and candidate pipelines at once

-- Strong follow-through and clear, professional communication

-- Comfortable working remotely with a team spread across countries and time zones

-- Based in Mexico, with availability to overlap with U.S. business hours for candidate and hiring manager calls

Bonus points if you have:

-- Hands-on experience hiring in the U.S. market

-- Experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, or agency roles

-- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter

-- Experience hiring for international or contractor-based teams

-- Interest in automation or AI tools, or experience using them in recruiting

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a remote, independent contractor role based in Mexico. You'll work closely with our People Ops team and hiring managers across the agency to bring in the people who make our work great.
