Recruiter

On Line Design, Inc. is an engineering services company providing professional talent across engineering, project management, scientific, quality, supply chain, purchasing, accounting, IT, and more. We're growing our Sharonville office and looking for a driven recruiter who loves building relationships. Our focus is primarily on roles with Fortune 500 and other clients in the CPG, Pharma, and Professional Services industries.

What You'll Do

• Source top talent on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms using targeted searches and AI tools
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in our ATS
• Interview candidates by phone and video to assess skills and client fit
• Write candidate summaries for client review
• Own the full recruiting cycle: develop new business, prospect, negotiate agreements, and partner with clients to find the right solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting or industry experience (consumer products, pharma, aerospace, IT, scientific, automotive, food & beverage, or related)
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, communications, business, chemistry, biology, etc.)
• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
• A results-driven mindset and a passion for people and networking
• Prospecting or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required
