Compensation: $77 - $96/hour DOE + equity + benefits

About the Role: As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for critical business functions and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership teams. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and guide candidates through a thoughtful and engaging hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, influencing hiring decisions, and helping a high-growth company scale successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting efforts across Go-to-Market and/or G&A functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and organizational priorities
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
• Manage offer negotiations and help close candidates in competitive talent markets
• Provide market insights and recruiting expertise to business leaders
• Track recruiting performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company's mission, culture, and growth story

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth technology companies
• Proven success recruiting for Go-to-Market functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations) and/or G&A functions
• Strong sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and energized by ambitious hiring goals
• Thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where adaptability is key
• Passionate about helping build exceptional teams and scaling innovative companies
