1) Tech Recruiter:

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT and Tech requirements.
• Identify relevant candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports.
• Work with the Recruiting Lead and client stakeholders to meet hiring SLAs.

Key Skills

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good understanding of IT and Tech roles (Product hiring experience preferred).
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Target driven with the ability to work within tight timelines.
• RPO or high volume recruitment experience preferred (Candidates with Inhouse recruitment experience will not be considered.)

2. Non Tech Recruiter

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for Non Tech and volume hiring requirements.
• Use job portals, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and drive candidates through the recruitment funnel.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports.
• Deliver hiring targets within defined SLAs.

Key Skills

• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage high volume recruitment (sales, BPO, BFSI front-line hiring experience preferred)
• Target driven with strong follow up skills.
• RPO or volume hiring experience preferred (Candidates with Inhouse recruitment experience will not be considered.)
