Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates

• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

• Maintain candidate database, MIS, and reports

• Prepare presentations and recruitment dashboards

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements

• MBA (HR preferred)

• 0 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
