Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salary packages and benefits with candidates.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
