We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
• Utilize talent acquisition platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, and HRIS systems like Workday, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough research on market trends to develop targeted sourcing strategies that meet current staffing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and social media management tools
• Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans
• Lead external recruiting efforts including campus recruitment, job fairs, cold calling, and leveraging employment & labor law compliance in all processes
• Oversee team of recruiters by providing guidance on best practices in candidate sourcing, interview techniques, negotiation skills, and employment law compliance

Skills

• Extensive experience with talent management systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, HRIS platforms like UltiPro and PeopleSoft
• Proven ability in full cycle recruiting for diverse roles including clinical staff recruitment and executive recruiting
• Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, candidate engagement, and team collaboration
• Proficiency in social media management for talent lead generation and employer branding initiatives
• Skilled in negotiation tactics to secure competitive offers while maintaining positive candidate relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
• Experience managing teams of recruiters and collaborating with senior leadership on succession planning and talent pipeline development

Pay: $53,700.00 - $64,700.00 per year
