A high-growth technology company is expanding its team and looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join as its second talent hire.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on recruiter who loves the hunt: finding exceptional people, engaging passive candidates and convincing the best talent to join a business with ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing:

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, with an initial focus on go-to-market hiring, including Account Executives.
• Source and engage exceptional talent through market mapping, creative outreach and proactive pipeline building.
• Win candidates over by selling the opportunity, creating momentum and navigating competing offers.
• Build recruitment processes from scratch, helping shape interview processes, candidate experience and scalable hiring systems.
• Partner directly with the Head of Talent and founders, translating business priorities into effective hiring strategies.

What they're looking for:

• 3–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting GTM, commercial or broader business functions.
• A commercially minded recruiter who can influence, sell and close.
• Someone comfortable with ambiguity, multiple priorities and building processes from the ground up.
