About the role

As a Recruiter you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a large-scale international logistics operation. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and vetting candidates to ensure compliance and readiness for deployment.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role where accuracy, efficiency, and delivering an excellent candidate experience are essential.

✅ Key responsibilities

• Attracting candidates using various recruitment tools and channels
• Managing applications through the full recruitment lifecycle (screening to offer stage)
• Collecting and verifying right-to-work documentation and ID checks
• Completing vetting and compliance processes in line with client standards
• Scheduling inductions and preparing candidates for their start
• Liaising with operational stakeholders regarding workforce requirements
• Handling candidate queries via phone and email
• Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
• Meeting agreed targets, KPIs, and SLAs
• Collaborating closely with Workforce Planning teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in process-driven environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English (both spoken and written) – essential for daily communication
• High level of computer literacy (MS Office, multi-system use)
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Proactive, confident, and service-focused
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resilient and results-driven
