My client is a specialist staffing agency with a busy office in Greenville. It is owned by one of the world’s largest engineering and construction companies, a Fortune 500 business, which gives the agency real stability and the backing of a global group. Demand from the parent company is growing, and the Greenville team needs more recruiters to keep up with the work.

The role

You will recruit for projects across the parent company, which means a steady flow of work and hiring managers who know and trust the agency. Day to day, that means taking job briefs, finding and screening candidates, managing interviews and offers, and looking after candidates through to their start date.

The work is there from day one. There is no cold desk to build and no waiting months for activity to pick up.

What you need

You must have a thorough understanding of contract or direct hire recruitment within energy, professional construction , life sciences, manufacturing or automotive. You will be used to recruiting professional and technical people such as engineers, project managers and other skilled specialists, and you will have a successful track record of placing them. Unfortunately, those from an industrial or blue collar staffing background cannot be considered. You also need to live within commuting distance of Greenville.

A competitive base salary plus commission. There is no commission threshold, so you earn from your very first placement, and commission is paid monthly.
