Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different industries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify top talent.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive recruitment landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 6-19 years of experience in BPO recruitment or non-IT staffing industry.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment projects, including mass hiring and volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of BPO hiring requirements and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
