Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and engaging top talent across various functions, including clinical staff, HR roles, and executive positions. Your expertise in utilizing talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be essential to streamline hiring efforts. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and C-suite executives to understand staffing needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your ability to analyze market trends and maintain strong candidate relationships will be key to attracting high-caliber professionals who align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting processes from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Utilize talent acquisition platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Lever, and Workday to source candidates efficiently.
• Conduct comprehensive research on market trends to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation benchmarks.
• Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and leveraging talent acquisition tools like Salesforce and HRIS systems.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and C-suite executives on workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic talent management initiatives.
• Negotiate employment contracts, manage employment law compliance, and facilitate employee orientation programs.
• Lead external recruiting efforts for specialized roles such as clinical staff or executive positions while managing teams of recruiters when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations including HR sourcing standards like Kronos, Paychex, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft.
• Maintain accurate records within ATS platforms and HRIS systems while providing regular updates on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse industries with a focus on clinical staff recruitment or HR sourcing.
• Strong familiarity with talent management tools such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, or BrassRing.
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and leveraging recruitment platforms like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management including employment & labor law regulations.
• Experience managing teams of recruiters or leading external recruiting initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends for strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition optimization.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro or PeopleSoft along with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
