Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple client requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other job portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations.
• Work on permanent staffing / FTE hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely profile submissions.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a staffing or recruitment consulting firm.
• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience in domestic IT hiring and permanent staffing.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates

• Recruiters with experience in IT staffing or recruitment consultancies.
• Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
