Recruiter

• We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as we aim to double the size of our team this year
• You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment process, driving candidate engagement, and ensuring we attract top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles
• This role is best suited for someone who will be able to handle the dynamic nature of a high-growth startup, and have creativity around how/where to source strong talent
• We operate as a lean team, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and passionate about growing teams remotely
• Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process
• Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes
• Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals
• Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities
