Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operational and corporate roles across the company's branches and hubs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, profile ideal candidates, and set realistic hiring timelines.
• Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques—including direct sourcing, employee referrals, local job fairs, and social media groups—to build a steady talent pipeline.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for high-turnover/high-demand operational roles (e.g., delivery representatives, fulfillment workers).
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary phone and face-to-face/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, culture fit, and motivation.
• Coordinate competency tests, technical assessments, and panel interviews with department heads.
• Oversee reference checks and background verification processes (especially critical for operational and field personnel handling cash-on-delivery).
• Maintain timely and professional communication with all applicants to maintain a positive employer brand.
• Provide weekly hiring status reports and headcount updates to HR Leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience preferably within the same sector.
• Proficiency with recruitment sourcing tools, social media sourcing strategies, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Pay: E£5,200.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
