Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Long-Term Care Healthcare Recruiter to join our team! This individual will play a key role in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with long-term care facilities in need of dependable staffing support. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building relationships and filling staffing needs go hand in hand.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, into long-term care assignments. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, develop lasting relationships with clinicians and facility partners, and work proactively to meet staffing needs while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit qualified CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals for long-term care assignments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and potential clinicians through consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship management.
• Conduct candidate phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, availability, preferences, and overall fit.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, compliance requirements, offers, and assignment starts.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, recruiting activity, and pipeline information in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with account managers and facility contacts to understand staffing needs and prioritize open positions.
• Communicate consistently with clinicians throughout the recruiting and placement process.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs and daily activity goals, including calls, candidate submissions, and other performance metrics.
• Assist with last-minute staffing needs and hard-to-fill positions while maintaining a high level of service.
• Build long-term relationships that encourage clinician retention, assignment extensions, referrals, and repeat placements.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care settings and healthcare positions is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, sending texts, and following up consistently with candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for individual performance.
• Proficient with computers and recruiting or applicant tracking systems.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
