Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties

• Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Develop and implement recruiting plans
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Negotiate job offers with potential candidates
• Handle employee relations matters related to recruitment
• Utilize recruiting software such as ADP, Workday, and Salesforce for candidate tracking

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
• Strong knowledge of succession planning and internal recruiting processes
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ADP, Workday, or Salesforce is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Work Location: In person
