Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday on-site)
Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferably in blue-collar hirings.
Familiarity with recruiting processes, methodologies, and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Salary range: 18k - 20k
