Recruiter Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
• Coordinate offer letters, document collection, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Pay: ₹8,400.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
