Recruiter Consultant

• Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H-Contract Hiring/ Permanent Hiring).

• Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends and market demands.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

• Experience working in Consultancy is prefered.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
• Source top talent for contract staffing / permanent positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a shortlisted list of qualified candidates for consideration.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies for voice and non-voice processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and vendors
• Excellent Communication and leadership quality.
