Recruitment Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruiting team across functions, service areas, service lines, and industries. The role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, handling recruitment logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruiting team across functions, service areas, service lines, and industries.
• Invite candidates for interviews and confirm their availability as per SLA requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client service practitioners for telephone, video conference, or face-to-face interviews.
• Manage all interview-related logistics, including meeting room blocking, candidate badging emails, blitz travel arrangements, event coordination, and joining date confirmations in the Recruitment Management System (RMS).
• Conduct pre-hire assessments such as Versant, BELIT, Pre-VAL, logical reasoning, and other service-line-specific assessments.
