The Role

For our client from pharmaceuticals sector, we are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring for production roles across Denmark.

This opportunity could be a great fit whether you already have some recruitment experience or are looking to develop your career in recruitment and bring transferable skills from another people-focused, coordination or fast-paced environment.

You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with candidates, Hiring Managers and the wider recruitment team to help identify and secure the right talent for client's production operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Support and manage recruitment activities for a range of production-focused roles, from initial vacancy briefing through to candidate selection and offer
• Review applications and identify candidates whose skills and experience match the requirements of each role
• Engage with candidates through phone calls, interviews and regular communication throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct candidate screening and structured interviews, with training and support provided where needed
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and help progress suitable candidates efficiently
• Support candidate sourcing and attraction activities using recruitment platforms, databases and other available channels
• Coordinate different stages of the recruitment process and ensure candidates and Hiring Managers receive timely updates
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within recruitment systems
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Manage multiple recruitment activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and support business needs

Skills & Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to different people
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop within recruitment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• A collaborative and service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment

Nice to have:

• Previous exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
• Experience screening, interviewing or engaging with candidates
• Experience working in a high-volume, operational or production-focused environment
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, sourcing platforms or applicant tracking systems
• Experience managing multiple activities, deadlines or stakeholders at the same time
