Recruiter (Engineering) / Basic + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, primarily for Engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure suitability for client and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices within the Engineering industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in agency or staffing recruitment.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
