Recruiter – Engineering | Manufacturing | IT

Pride Global is expanding its team in Campinas and is looking for a Recruiter to support our Engineering and IT division.

In this role, you will source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for engineering and technical positions while building strong candidate pipelines and partnering with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Build and maintain engineering talent pipelines.
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple requisitions and meet recruiting goals.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Human Resources .
• Engineering, Manufacturing, or technical recruiting experience is a strong plus.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency .
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and recruiting metrics.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office is a plus.
