Recruiter (G&A/GTM)

• As we scale, we’re looking for a Recruiter (G&A/GTM) to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function

• You’ll work closely with hiring managers, engineers, and the broader recruiting team to identify, engage, and hire world-class technical talent
• You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through offer, ensuring top-of-funnel quality and fast, high-signal decision-making
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and advocate for both candidates and company needs
• Facilitate structured interview loops, track candidate performance, and lead debriefs alongside hiring managers and leadership
