We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Arlington, VA . This will be a 1 2 -month contract role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing and outreach through candidate selection, closing, and onboarding.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for specialty recruiting needs, with a focus on healthcare and related operational roles.
• Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline while maintaining an efficient recruiting process and approximately 40-day candidate cycle.
• Partner closely with recruiting managers and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Independently manage and close candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, follow-up, and offer-stage activities.
• Track and report recruiting activity, including outreach, interviews, hires, and sourcing metrics.
• Analyze recruiting data and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and subgroup meetings to share progress, challenges, and recruiting insights.
• Balance independent ownership of recruiting assignments with collaboration across the broader recruiting team.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
• Support recruiting initiatives for virtual healthcare, customer care, and population health-related programs.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably with specialty recruiting experience.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including independently closing candidates.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with large data sets and communicate recruiting metrics and insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership, customer focus, and ability to consistently deliver results.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and candidate quality.
• Bachelor's degree or professional certification is not required.

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 47.47 to $52.47 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
