Recruiter II (US)

Join a dynamic recruiting team where you’ll help connect talented people with meaningful career opportunities. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and support the full hiring process with a focus on communication, organization, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates through recruiting databases, networking, online resources, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Interview applicants to evaluate work history, education, training, and job-related skills.
• Prepare and maintain accurate employment and recruiting records.
• Communicate with applicants about opportunities, next steps, and hiring decisions.
• Support candidate engagement by sharing information about the organization, benefits, operations, and career possibilities.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, selection, and hiring practices.
• Working knowledge of hiring-related policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent training.
• 2-4 years of customer service-related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting talent acquisition or recruiting processes.
• Familiarity with business and management principles that support planning and hiring goals.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, candidate-focused approach to recruiting.
