PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is looking for an Recruiter Intern to join our internal team.

Recruiter Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

• Assist in reviewing resumes and coordinating interview processes with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure data accuracy.

• Prepare recruitment reports and support administrative tasks related to the hiring process.

• Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Perform other recruitment-related tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.

• Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, or other candidate sourcing platforms is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in BSD, South Tangerang.
