Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate walk-in interviews and hiring drives.
• Learn and contribute to end-to-end recruitment activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (HR), BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or any bachelor's degree with an interest in HR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident in interacting with candidates over phone calls.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
