Role & responsibilities

Candidate sourcing through job portals and other channels
Resume screening and shortlisting
Understanding job requirements
Candidate calling and initial screening
Interview scheduling and coordination
Maintaining candidate records and recruitment trackers
Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Offer and joining coordination
Exposure to live recruitment assignments
Supporting the HR/Recruitment team in day-to-day activities

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers and recent graduates

Candidates pursuing or having completed BBA/MBA/PGDM HR or any graduation

Candidates interested in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and make recruitment calls
