Job Opening – Recruiter Intern (HR Recruitment)

Position: Recruiter Intern

Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duration: 3–6 Months

Internship Type: Performance-Based

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media and professional networks
• Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Assist with offer rollouts, joining formalities and onboarding
• Maintain professional communication and candidate experience
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and contribute to successful joinings

Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree / Graduation
• Age: 18 years or above
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to learn
• Interested in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Performance-Based Stipend:

• 0–4 Joinings – ₹0
• 5–8 Joinings – ₹3,000
• 9–12 Joinings – ₹5,000
• 13–15 Joinings – ₹7,500
• 16+ Joinings – ₹10,000
