Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Yunic HR Solutions' services.
2. Engaging with existing clients to gather feedback and provide support as needed.
3. Working on end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and following up with the candidates through all processes until they join).
4. Understanding the client's requirements and mapping the appropriate profile.
5. Ensuring that the maximum number of candidates attend the scheduled interviews.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Female preferred.

2. Laptop, Wifi and an Android phone is a must.

3.Working Hours - 10AM-7PM (Monday - Saturday)
